Workouts will be designed to achieve your goals. Common goals my clients have are to build muscle and strength, lose weight, improve stability, and learn to box.
Workouts are age and skill appropriate. I coach people of all ages, from kids to athletes to grandparents, and I'm ready to coach you.
Session rates are $100/hour or $80/45mins and for couples it's $160/hour or $120/45mins. Offsite sessions or group classes are available upon request. Discounted rates if you're a student, athlete, or prepay for 10 sessions.
